This website is operated by MBA Capital Partners Limited, trading as Hammer Ready, registered in England and Wales (company number 17527751). Our registered office is 32–33 Upper Street, London, N1 0PN.

Hammer Ready is an independent commercial finance broker, not a lender. We arrange non-regulated business and commercial finance and are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Where a transaction would require FCA authorisation, we refer it to an authorised firm.

2. Information, not advice

The content on this website, including our category pages and calculators, is general information about finance for business asset and property purchases. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and does not take account of your circumstances. You should take professional advice before buying assets or premises or taking out finance.

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, but lending criteria, rates and market conditions change. We cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or current.

3. Illustrative figures and calculators

Figures, examples and calculator results, including deposits, interest rates, loan terms and monthly repayments, are for illustration only. They are not a quote or an offer of finance. Actual terms depend on the lender, the assets or premises being bought, and your circumstances. Other fees may apply.

Each transaction is different. An illustration or previous result does not guarantee that finance will be available for your purchase.

4. No offer of finance

Nothing on this website is an offer or a promise to provide or arrange finance. All finance is subject to status, the lender’s assessment and approval, and the lender’s own terms and conditions.

5. Commission

We may receive commission from lenders if you take out finance with them. The amount and how it is calculated vary by lender. We will give you the details before you proceed.

6. Using this website

You may view, download and print pages for your own use. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice. You must not:

• Copy, republish or sell our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or connected systems.
• Introduce viruses or other harmful material.

The Hammer Ready name, our logos, and the text, graphics and design on this website belong to MBA Capital Partners Limited or our licensors. All rights are reserved.

Links to auctioneers, lenders, public bodies and other websites are for your information only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If we arrange finance for you, our responsibilities will be set out in the terms of business we agree with you at that time.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
